“I am a child & I need time to grow; I need my childhood!”

#MOI, the author of MOMMY, I AM A PACER reminding you:

it’s a life, not a book;
it’s a child, not a character;
it’s reality & not a story!

Grab a copy, understand what children go through, & help them express their daily struggles by co-illustrating with the author

“Do you believe one person can change the world, well, Abigail did!”

Read the book with your child & let them change the world by becoming a PACER!

Mommy, I Am A PACER, a series of 5 short stories in one book that will encourage children to adopt the attitude of a PACER and teach them how to interact with others and react positively to many different day-to-day situations.

A PACER is a person who exhibits perseverance, agility, clarity, empathy, and respect. In this collection of short stories, each book represents one of the letters of the word PACER and its attributed characteristics. Join Abigail as she perseveres in welcoming new members into her community, demonstrates her ability to make quick and successful decisions, learns to resolve conflicts by talking openly and honestly with others, and so much more!

Abigail is a girl who’s made a difference in her community by becoming a PACER. Give your child the opportunity to be inspired by Abigail and co-illustrate their copy of the book with the author.

At the end of the day, art is a medium that enhances the child’s creativity while helping them express their emotions.

#MOI About the author: I write to inspire others, I always say:
YOUR REACTION WILL CHANGE PEOPLE’S ACTIONS!

MOMMY, I AM A PACER IS NOT JUST A BOOK, IT’S THE REALITY OUR CHILDREN LIVE DAY AFTER DAY…

Tears of a child…

“Tears of a child and the child crying alone…
Let me share a fact with you, the tears you see as a parent are a burst after a long time concern in the mind of that little child.
No matter how old, or the size of that child, the concern, he or she lives when they are alone, is bigger and stronger than the mind of that child or what one older and bigger in size could handle.
Bullying, it comes in different forms, physical, verbal, emotional, electronic, in person, via the social community, and …
Do you see a change in your child’s behavior, raise a red flag, and get involved…
Do you see fear and indifference in your child’s behavior, raise a red flag and get involved…
Do you see a physical change, anger, change in clothing style, nutrition, money spendings, etc, raise a red flag and get involved…
Victims should not be alone and wait for them to outgrow their fear and face their situations…
Bystanders should have character, take a stand in life, and prove existence…
As for the bullies, once a bully, always a bully! unless they learn to cope with their fear, weakness, and the problems that led to them enjoying seeing the pain in others carelessly!

I saw a child, sitting during the school break alone, the worst part was that child ensured he remained invisible to others around him on the court.
I saw fear, hidden tears, I saw his head looking down more than up, using his site vision to avoid eye contact with his surrounding, staying behind an invisible wall to exclude himself…
Close your eyes and imagine this child, imagine this child is yours!
How do you feel?
Now imagine that your child knows about that child and what happened to him!
How do you feel? should you encourage your child to stand for himself, not be a bystander, and be the voice of the helpless?
AND NOW, PLEASE OPEN YOUR EYES, LOOK AT THIS CHILD, AND IMAGINE THAT THIS CHILD, LIVING IN FEAR, WITH HIDDEN TEARS, IMAGINE, THAT HE/SHE WAS BULLIED BY YOUR CHILD!
Now tell me, HOW DO YOU FEEL?

The monster I raised, every child was born innocent!”

#PACER, #Peace, blogging, change, ChildrenBook, UNICEF

Abigail is a girl who made a difference in society by being a PACER. Each book represents one of the letters of the word PACER and the attributed characteristic and discusses a specific value that I invite children to acquire, in addition to a day-to-day situation they live. Through these books, children will learn how to deal with different situations.
So Abigail, the main character, showed Perseverance (Book 1) by persisting in her efforts until the dog and his owner felt comfortable and welcome in the new community they moved to and gained many friends;
She showed Agility (Book 2) by being ready for change, able to preview others’ actions and make quick and successful decisions;
She showed Clarity (Book 3) by resolving her conflicts with her friends through talking openly and honestly;
She showed Empathy (Book 4) by recognizing that Joseph was having difficulties and by taking action to help him with these difficulties;
She showed Respect (Book 5) by acknowledging and accepting key strength in each of her friends.
Abigail invites each child to join her and become a PACER.

“Because at times it takes a child to understand another…
it takes a child to protect another…
& it takes a child to guide another…
No, it is not fear that will prevail justice, nor the rules that will prevail peace…
It is the SELF that will change the world, and that SELF was once the CHILD”
#MOI When Abigail was the the change in her community, other children expressed themselves!
