The day after… the story no one told!

The day after… the story no one told!
the day came, I always wondered, how it would be!
My parents, and those their age and generation, always told the story of immigration.

They told the story of how they moved, they left everything behind, they carried the key around their neck, and left…
They never packed, they did not have time to do it, they waited for the last ship to take off and they were on it…
They did not know about tomorrow, they never decided on the country of tomorrowland, they simply walked towards tomorrow…
They were in charge of self, and other family members, they feared the outcome, but they never had time for setbacks…
They cried the past with dried tears, were pleased with a safeland, but never forgot their homeland…
The key to the house is still around their neck, now others occupied the house they left behind, others made and have their own key, while that key…
That key is still around their neck, it became the key to the future, it was a lesson that one can only carry memories, the only thing no one takes away from us, good or bad, they become the stepping stones to tomorrow, the stepping stones to this day!

The day after… the story no one told.
They had no time to sit and tell it, & now, it is too late!”
#MOI wondering about history repeating itself…

“Kids … they just break my heart!

If you think you life as adult is tough, try to be in a child’s shoes, living the puberty changes, some they can control and others no, the beard, the voice, the belly, the hair, the period, the height, weight, the looks, height, weight… try facing the bully, the my friend or no friends, the pain, the tears…

I MEAN TRY REMEMBERING!

Were you ever bullied, were you ever the bully, or were you the bystander?

Each breaks my heart, the victim for understanding that being bullied is not their fault, they just happened to be at the place the wrong time; the bully for energizing on the pain they cause others, and being able to continue their life despite that; & last, the bystander who feels they have the right to watch silently, turning the blind eye on, and sealing their ears from hearing others’ pain snd scream for help!”

#MOI I sometimes wonder which one of the three will end up an emotional timed bomb in their community?!

I invite you to read MOMMY, I AM A PACER! alone first then with your child. Remember how you once felt, how your child feels now, and then pass them the 5 short stories, let them express their feelings following Abigail’s footsteps in being change agents in their community, and ambassadors of peace for the next generations!

“Sometimes I cry, when alone, because I don’t want anyone to see my tears, or feel my pain, or know what is in my heart…

Sometimes I cry, when alone, because I know there is no one out there who can stand by me and wipe my tears…

Sometimes I cry, when alone, because …

But every time I cry, I promise myself that this will be the last time I cry for that reason, additionally, no one shall ever hurt me again!”

Tears of a child…

“Tears of a child and the child crying alone…
Let me share a fact with you, the tears you see as a parent are a burst after a long time concern in the mind of that little child.
No matter how old, or the size of that child, the concern, he or she lives when they are alone, is bigger and stronger than the mind of that child or what one older and bigger in size could handle.
Bullying, it comes in different forms, physical, verbal, emotional, electronic, in person, via the social community, and …
Do you see a change in your child’s behavior, raise a red flag, and get involved…
Do you see fear and indifference in your child’s behavior, raise a red flag and get involved…
Do you see a physical change, anger, change in clothing style, nutrition, money spendings, etc, raise a red flag and get involved…
Victims should not be alone and wait for them to outgrow their fear and face their situations…
Bystanders should have character, take a stand in life, and prove existence…
As for the bullies, once a bully, always a bully! unless they learn to cope with their fear, weakness, and the problems that led to them enjoying seeing the pain in others carelessly!

I saw a child, sitting during the school break alone, the worst part was that child ensured he remained invisible to others around him on the court.
I saw fear, hidden tears, I saw his head looking down more than up, using his site vision to avoid eye contact with his surrounding, staying behind an invisible wall to exclude himself…
Close your eyes and imagine this child, imagine this child is yours!
How do you feel?
Now imagine that your child knows about that child and what happened to him!
How do you feel? should you encourage your child to stand for himself, not be a bystander, and be the voice of the helpless?
AND NOW, PLEASE OPEN YOUR EYES, LOOK AT THIS CHILD, AND IMAGINE THAT THIS CHILD, LIVING IN FEAR, WITH HIDDEN TEARS, IMAGINE, THAT HE/SHE WAS BULLIED BY YOUR CHILD!
Now tell me, HOW DO YOU FEEL?

The monster I raised, every child was born innocent!”

New year, the moment we are all waiting for… is just one moment of a whole new year!

“New year, the moment we are all waiting for, is just one moment of a whole new year!
I love it, it gives me hope, I dream, I feel risen to new horizons, I get butterflies in my stomach, I just love the moment up to a point where I used to dream of making it special… use your imagination, I will not describe it differently!
All I will tell you, as well, for a long while it was only in my dreams till I decided…
It is not a set back but a set off;
It is not darkness when you close your eyes and see light;
It is never the end till you say so;
It is never loneliness when you have lovely friends;
It is never disappointments if you consider it time to change;
It is not tears is you consider it washing off emotions;
It is not… if you remember that you are beautiful, you can make yourself happy,
you deserve to enjoy your life, you, you, and only you should take that decision knowing deep inside your heart, that you are not alone, your story is not one of a kind, I know it hurts, speak up, I listen!

“#Tears no one can see,
they shed inside my #heart, with a smile on my face!
Words no one can #hear,
they are silent, because no one #understands!
Pain was extreme, wounds were deep,
I opened a new page, and healed myself through a story!
Read my book, find yourself through my lines,
you are not alone, because with the readers I no longer was!”
