“Are you ready for change… or change is needed?
It is a question one asks self many times along the course of life, whether in relationships, business, or life itself, the question will pop up like a foot pop when passionately kissing.

How can I see the resemblance?
Well, when one lives the routine of life for a long time, and the maximum affections she receives on daily basis is the presence of a person under the roof, in this case any attention will be welcome not for trahison but to revive the butterflies in the stomach, a feeling that revives a dead corp, as I always say.
& that my friends, is a change that is always needed…
In relationships, I tell you, keep those butterflies flying with your partner.
A word, a kiss on the forehead, a coffee, the favorite piece of cake reminding them that you know and you care, a flower, anything, anytime, and don’t wait for special occasions!
In business, I tell you, keep the team active, motivated… keep things renovated, include retreats, activities, awards… make little competitions, praise people… Invite speakers, international people, exchange cultures… give the employees one at a time, occasional treats and/or an hour off. Open up to new ideas, and development, accept the knowledge of others!
In life, I tell you, it is the combination of the above… dare to ride new waves, dare to dream while awake, dare to embark on new journeys.
People are interesting creatures, they can all contribute to your life. Enjoy it and live the adventures!”

“There are actions in life that scar forever, and few among many, they lead to impacting one’s future, resulting, and without one knowing, to instability in relationships…
Are you one of them? men or women?
Are you causing them? father or mother?
Are you denying them? son or daughter?
Are you not talking about them? partner?
Does your ego stand in the way of acknowledging emotional pain?
Well, let’s discuss few points…
Did you ever feel that a parent or partner is not asking about you?
Did you ever feel that a parent or partner is not looking for you?
Did you ever feel that a parent or partner is not standing for you?
Did you ever miss someone hugging you or holding your hand?
Did you ever feel that you were not supported irrespectively of any actions?
Did you ever cry in silence?

When you know there is a gap, you have to believe it.
When something odd happens, do not take the blame simply to downplay situations.
When you are feeling low, intimidated, belittled, ignored, denied love, or respect, or attention, do not justify other’s actions, do not blame yourself, and do not enclose those emotions.
You may decide to confront, or runaway…
You may decide to forgive, or ignore…
You may decide to stand for yourself, or for others undergoing same situations, or not…
Not matter how strong one is on the inside, the emotions a parent or partner caused are real.
One can chose to build imaginary braces to hold them together, but, they need to remember what happened, and try to understand why they feel this way… YOU ARE NOT TRUSTING YOURSELF or YOUR PARTNER, and YOU ARE ALONE.

WELL, OTHERS’ ACTIONS CAUSED DAMAGE TO YOUR SAFETY SHIELD,
NOT ONLY YOU ARE NOT TRUSTING OTHER’S LOVE but as well, YOU ARE NOT TRUSTING THAT YOU ARE WORTHY OF LOVE and ARE CAPABLE OF LOVING!”
#MOI Speak Up, if not for you, for those going through emotional pain!
#Pain discussed is one among many, can you imagine how one could be feeling right now?!

“Loud, men and women…
Boundaries and limitations, we set them to self when we subdue to the walls surrounding us and not live to meet our own standards.

Who are you? I asked a group of ladies.
& here was my answer. I am… the wife, the mother, the daughter, I am somebody’s, but could not hear a personal introduction to self.

Is that religious commitment, is it a cultural connection, is it south meets north and east meets west, is it the ethnic constitution, or is it respect and assumption that this is the right thing fearing to be judged as loud, or fearing to fail in the world assumed for men.

First and foremost, please understand my comprehension of the hierarchy of a family and any institution.
I respect cultural commitments and religious affiliations. I respect ethnic backgrounds and their related traditions, I respect all customs, habits, or any other word you would like to add… I do! but, as well I respect the difference of genders as individualism, and mainly as equality that starts inside the house, at children level by their parents.
The only time respect is gained or granted, is when one person is raised to respect themselves and others around them.

Culture will never change, or at least some will take longer to meet halfway.
Women shall always be baby carriers.
Sperms shall always be the reproductive cells for fertilization.
There is a sun, moon, planets…
Some things are a given, but as well, I believe in the statement putting food on the table, it is expected to be the role of the man within the couple, but at times the woman succeeds to do that role and/or supports; & when it comes to working, or shining in the community where you are, women become loud only if they feel cornered and not able to reach out to others around them, they become loud to make their voice be heard, in order to rise with respect.

We cannot call a loud man a man with authority, and a woman wanting to be noticed loud! SHE IS A WOMAN OF COURAGE, STRENGTH, AND GREAT RESPECT.
Give her room to grow, give her space to flourish, first inside the house, then inside the community, and last in the workplace if applicable.”
#MOI I salute every man that sees women, and I salute every woman that sees herself!
& on this day, I wish Happy Mother’s Day to all those celebrating this special day.

“New way of thinking… feel it, you will see it; believe it, you will live it!
Because I believe, as we attract what we fear, we are definitely going to attract what we want!
Complicated? no, if you train your mind to see prosperity, your body will open up to embrace positiveness!
Try sitting in a room and film your facial reactions… think about fear, your facial muscles will retract, think about beauty, walking in a green field, sitting by a fireplace with a glass of wine, with the love of life… your facial muscles will relax and that is when people see happiness on your face and wonder about what is making you happy and giving you that comfort!
Try it, believe it, live it… do you remember the statements, don’t be negative you will attract it, or when people say about a third party they have a black aura… this has to do with the unseen of the person, and how their presence affect their surroundings.
In summary, stay positive, believe that you have the power to attract what you want, and start living a new life!”

“He thought women are like flowers, he can go to the florist and pick and choose which one he likes, but he failed to understand, that even groomed flowers will resist blooming in uncomfortable locations…
He missed accepting, that each flower has a character, and not all are alike…
He thought, that because he chose the flower, the flower is going to choose him back…
He believed that he can have two flowers, and they both will wait for him to come and smell them…
He was, in his own mind, the master of his own choice, but he underestimated the choice, will, and power of the flower/s!”

#trust Do you recall the days your children threw themselves off the bed or sofa, knowing you will be there to catch them…

This tells us one thing, we are born with a natural instinct to trust, & unfortunately time &other humans will determine how far we jump in the future…

It’s nice to assume someone tis there to catch us, but it is nicer to know they will be there!”
