“How to get over your Ex and row them on a peaceful boat to clear your mind!
The center of interest in the big D, divorce, is and should be, freedom, peace, happiness, a new beginning, a new chapter, and simply, a life, & … despite which one of us called it over; Therefore, your next steps are expected to focus on your physical health, mental health, emotional health, social life, and BEING & FEELING ALIVE!
Few crucial mistakes we tend to do, and preferably should “annul”, even if gradually:

  • Stop thinking about them, in general, and in details, don’t get obsessed, and allow them to control your mind;
  • Stop talking about him/her, about the pain they caused, the emptiness you live;
  • When asked about him/her, answer he/she is my Ex; no detail is needed;
  • Move on, not easy, I know, but MOVE ON;
  • Cry in public, I don’t mean tears, I mean dance, laugh, walk your emotions outside
    the house… DO NOT SIT ALONE, DO NOT MOURN ALONE!
  • Smile, even if suffering, jealous, burning inside… Inner-pain is reflected on your face!

In summary, the Ex cannot be the center of the Future!
Ego aside, Sh**, it happens in every house, get a grip on YOUR life!
YOU DESERVE TO BE HAPPY! Live, Love, Laugh and remember the statement “Get back on the horse”. well, now I tell you, “GET THE HORSE BACK ON!” 🙂

“A mask, a drink, and a crowd… exactly how the evening started!
It is not unusual for people to hide behind a mask, at times they are not comfortable with who they are, and other times they need a mask to speak for them…
Let me tell you, to the man behind the mask, your true self is worth being revealed, and I believe in goodness being born with each of us, no matter what you achieved in the past… start a fresh page, and revive the good inside you!
As for the drink, there are times when we drink for a laugh, and other times when we drink to cope with situations, well, in fact, I tell you one thing, whatever you do, drink for a memory not a memorial! find a way out, seek a trustful refuge, find yourself in a drink and don’t lose yourself in a bottle!
& Last, the crowd, alone at last, a common controversial statement, no one wants to be alone, and no one is alone among a crowd, but as well, if the right people are not around, or if surrounded by the wrong people, yes, alone at last, is the right statement, when in a crowd… one advice, don’t fall in the trap of loneliness, it is always beautiful to be surrounded by people!

I love it, it gives me hope, I dream, I feel risen to new horizons, I get butterflies in my stomach, I just love the moment up to a point where I used to dream of making it special… use your imagination, I will not describe it differently!

It is not a set back but a set off;
It is not darkness when you close your eyes and see light;
