I don’t know about you but at times despite the rule of saying the right thing, I feel like saying what is in my heart…
Sadly, for many reasons, and each of us, has their own, we continuously play the devil’s advocate and try to save the day…
I learned with time, that some days could not be saved, and the devil shall always be the devil!
The sad part, is when you don’t say what is on your mind, but they take a hike anyways, you lose the pleasure of saying it… anyways, I will keep on doing what in my mind is the right thing!”

I always wondered which one should come first… & to be honest, I never reached a final
reasoning.
Before reaching a truce phase at least with self, you need to live and say the truth at least with self.
& before being true to yourself, you have to say the truth and speak up, yet a truth spoken will lose the truce phase… the dilemma of speaking out, and can we call it truce if limited to one person?!”

“Pain and Forgiveness!
Well… a moment of truth and inner-thoughts!
When someone hurt us, we say forgive and forget… all the F crap!
Do we have the right to forgive and forget when the action of that person effected those we love?
Will we be giving the best example to those we love by Forgiving and Forgetting?
& last, will we be telling those we love, I care about those that hurt me more than I care about the tears you shed, and the pain you felt?!”

“Memoirs of a struggle to lose weight… no I am not over yet!
I bet you said to yourself, oh, like all of us, she got tired, she is waiting for Monday to start again, cravings are irresistible, etc…
I agree with every thought that went through your mind…
I did get tired, but not from my routine…
I waited for every new Monday, because to me, I was proud of myself for not crashing every weekend…
Cravings were and still irresistible, yet I managed to content myself with the basic needs, except on cheat meals, and he is where I was proud of myself for eating one bite of every Lebanese Mezze on the dinner table, and I managed to leave the table, content, not hungry, but mainly not with indigestion!
Remember, I always felt beautiful, sexy, and attractive, I came to this world as a big package, today I am still, and will always remain, the BIXXY, because some things will never change, except -15.2 KGs (33.51 Pounds) in 90 days!”

“The day after… fear and anxiety!
Although we are eager for this day to come, and we wait for it impatiently, there is this phase called fear that makes many not cross it and hold back. It is as if we are holding the knob of the door but not turning it, or turning the knob of the door and not opening it, it might look simple, but by doing so, it means I am taking charge of the day after.

Let me clarify more… when one decides on change, there is always this doubtful phase, the dilemma of did I make the right decision, the struggle between falling back or falling forward, the battle between self and community over what we hear…
This fear is not related to the past, it is rather about the day after; the anxiety we live is not related to the comfort of yesterday, because if yesterday was the comfort zone, why am I living the fear and anxiety of the day after; this fear is related to tomorrow, to the unknown, uncertain, and unseen.

It is only normal to feel so, but let me tell you, for you to have the courage to think about change, and actually take the first step towards the day after, this means you will make tomorrow happen; with few glitches here and there, no path is ever perfect, walk towards the day after, you will never know how strong you are, you will never know what you want until you put your hand on that knob, turn it, and open the door, but make sure you close it tightly behind you.
#MOI Few glitches, few clouds, fear, and uncertainty, but faith, inner-strength and good-will!
