Day 2 to Christmas… spread joy!

be honest, blogger, Day 2 to Christmas, show your love, Spread joy

“Day 2 to Christmas and all I could think of is how things used to be during this season. To be honest, I miss getting stuck in the traffic, being among a crowd instead of being limited to a specific number of people in the house, I miss hugging my family and friends, I miss seeing people’s faces, I miss seeing them smile instead of assuming they are smiling behind the masks, and I miss life and my life…
Then, I remind myself, we are all in this situation together, and this should not stand in the way of spreading the spirit of Christmas and the joy of the holiday. So, don’t forget to give your loved ones a very special gift. Tell them a word of support, tell them you love them, you are proud of them, and the most difficult part, prove it!”
#MOI Happy to have you as a friend, See you tomorrow!

On the 4th Day to Christmas… Hope!

#Christmas, #Hope, 4 days to Christmas, blogger, embrace life

“On the 4th day to Christmas, I look back at my life with Covid19 or life itself with the pandemic, I see the lifestyle change. Between the work pattern and personal family pattern, I had to learn to cope with novelty. At times, I crashed, missing my loved ones, but then I had to swallow my tears and stand again as I used to, and embrace the positive parts of my life. I worked online like the rest of the world. Alone but not lonely I told myself. I established a routine for the day where I worked on my sanity, health, hobbies, and job. All were my priorities, I exercised and lost the extra 20 kilos I had, and most importantly, I launched my dream job that was a TV host, I started my own channel on YouTube, I Channel, News & Broadcast, where I hosted over 50 guests, locally and internationally, live streaming on social media; by doing so, I remained in touch with the community while benefitting my viewers with different topics.
That pandemic taught me to keep hope alive, it taught me that nothing should stand in the way of my dreams, and mainly to grab on to every new day.
Many lost their life struggling with COVID, many lost their purpose to life, while I learned to embrace the gift of life despite all the hurdles that come with it naturally.”
#MOI I thank God for giving me the gift of HOPE and the power to survive!

    The Continuity…

    “The continuity…
Eventually, things will change, & hope you would like the new YOU.
Let me tell you a short story, I was discussing that point with a friend of mine the other day…
She was feeling anxious and sinking in her own life, that by the way did not change.

The people in our life are still the same, the people in our home are still the same, and the days rolling are still the same, but… the circumstances, the fear from the unknown, and the foggy tomorrow are not the same; additionally, we are not the same!
We are living the uncertain, and that changes people, it makes us sink and bounce, it makes us cry and laugh, and it makes us fear happiness!
We worry about our loved ones, we worry about their future, and we worry about our sanity!
Are we still the same… no, we are changing, we are no longer the person we were at the beginning of the outbreak.
& that is the continuity… the survival skills, the care for others’ pressure, and the care for self-concern, that is the change we have become!
Despite my will, this pandemic made of me a new Person”

Children, do not give them all the answers!

“Children, do not give them all the answers, that is how you raise thinkers.
Children, do not entertain them all the time, that is how you nurture their imagination.
Children, do not tidy up after they play, that is how you encourage responsibility.
Children, do not decide for them, that is how they build their own mindset.
Children, to not judge them or judge others in front of them, not physical, nor in characteristic ways, that is how they learn to accept others and see the best in them.
Children, in front of them, accept your mistakes, embrace new opportunities with courage, accept challenges, take defeats as experience, try new skills, show emotions, don’t sink in emotional pain… that is how they build confidence, self-worth, and inner strength to reach their potential.
It is the same thing that applies to you and your partner.
Mr. Partner, read the above and remember that marriage is a new phase that requires new skills. & Mrs. Partner, there is a child inside each man, as for Children, a child remains a child by law and Human Rights until he reaches the age of 18, after that, I repeat, there is a child waiting to bloom inside each man and woman.”

Virtual love… today or any day!

#book, blogger, dream, romance, virtual, virtual love

“Virtual love… today or any day!
A nice combination of words, a set of words that summarizes long distance but as well it summarizes the reality with an advanced tech world.

Before I dig a hole in the tech world, and by the way, a world I am stuck in and love, let me tell you, like everything in life it has the pros and cons.

Before, children used to play on the field, climb treed, ride their bikes, surf, run in the sun, play catch and hide and seek, wait for the neighbor to join…
Now, they play games online, they play the e-box, they play backgammon online, they play board games, they climb trees, build cities… with the fictional friend, or better, with john or X-man, or D-form… Etc…. online what we call friends or board friends, or Facebook friends, or virtual friends.

In summary, the virtual life, it came to replace or live in parallel with reality. Is virtual life real? Well, we may not be able to touch what is in it, in simple terms, but, it connected the world together, it connected people together, in helped advancing medicine, it helped to send a message to loved ones, it helped getting to know other countries and meeting people, many other things… while it helped in the way of the personal touch, and I am talking about the loving touch, the romantic touch!

Allow me to state a clear declaration; A woman, my age, and I mean the age not related to numbers, rather the age eager to live and love, I declare that romance cannot be fully virtual, it might start with an online message, but, the flower, I like to smell it, you may order it on Amazon, but at the end, I like to put it on my nightstand; the cake, you may have it delivered, but I like to eat, and preferably share it with you; and mainly the heart, I will not accept in Emojis, I prefer to rest my head on your shoulder and listen to your heartbeat!

Call me old fashion, but when it comes to love, Say No to Virtual Love, and stick to Old but Gold!”
#MOI When it comes to love, I yet to find the old fashion style!

“Lockdown effect: 7 Sundays a week

Good morning friends, Good morning lockdown-ers,
& who said we would reach this phase in the twenty-first century!

Literally, virtual communication, and literally, a chance to reconnect with those strangers in our house, and reconnect with our loved ones!

Today is the day to rebuild the bridge of verbal, face-to-face communication…
Today is the day to re-transfer the hotel created by the tenants living in our house into a home…
Today is the day to snap out of this situation and transform it into an opportunity…
Today is the day we start physical activity, not Monday…
Today is the day we sit and chat with our partner, and not send them a note…
Today is the day to plan, meditate, assess, and dream…
Today is the day we offer our time, the time routine of life stood in the way of executing…
Today we show our care, instead of assuming we grant it…
Today we sit, have coffee, and hold hands…
Today we literally have seven Sundays a week, what we all call for, an extension to the weekend… Use it wisely, Use it lively, Use it lovingly!”
