“The mind, prime medicine towards healing…
Yesterday I was talking to my friend regarding a situation she has, and told her, use your mind, it is the prime medicine towards healing!
Then going through a gray path, I posted on Facebook “It’s the thinking part that is more difficult!” #MOI

Yes, it is, and no matter what we preach, and how positive we are, there are times we need to hit bottom before we bounce again. (Where is My Angel?) check Chapter 16

So this morning, as I woke up while was still in my gray path despite the message I had received from Mary,  telling me to be ready for the transformation in my life, I sat there having my coffee, watching TV silently, I felt like a zombie, don’t know if you ever felt similarly, then told myself, Badiaa, if you want to leave the house, you have to open the door, if the door is locked, then unlock it, if the key is lost, then find it, and there are no keys, find another way out; Exactly, it is your mind that will take you out!

So, out we go; Mary was just a #reminder, and mostly it is my mind that made her send the message; it could be the chitchat I had yesterday with my MOM that made Mary send me that message, probably it was her way of answering me; all I know, I have a good feeling about the other way out, I believe if I take the first step, something will guide me towards the rainbow path!”

“Living solo… what does it mean?
To me, it means solo in a world of a crowd, where you learn to enjoy your life alone, and not depend emotionally on others!
It means, it is ok not to have someone to love in your life especially if and when you keep on falling around people to whom you are not a priority;
It is a realization, that life, although it consists of having a partner with whom you share love, special moments, building memories, and enjoying the everyday ups and downs, yet, being alone among a crown does not mean you are lonely;
Cheers to this phase, although having this one person, ends up being an illusion, yet, living on this person’s memory lasts at times longer than its reality!
To life and its memories, but mainly, cheers to inner-strength, and to those who learn to live solo, and embrace the moment!”

“Forgive… I don’t know, what does it mean!
I always think of this word,  it aggravates me while I say it, spell it, and silently think of it.
I know all the versions of Forgiveness, it is not up to me to punish, we forgive for personal peace, people change, it is a perception, they did not mean it this way, they did not know how we felt,  they were young, they don’t know any better, a new beginning for self, give yourself a chance to move on… I can give you all the reasons behind it, but can you tell me why I still wonder at time WHY DOES IT STILL HURT?
It is not about letting go and moving on, I know I did, I did climb to a higher level, I feel the success, I live the happiness of this stage… but simply, at times, I ask one question, WHY DOES IT STILL HURT?
As for apologizing… Oh that is a different word, the answer is expected to be, “I forgive you for breaking my heart, because the part you broke, will last for life!”
#MOI & the answer is, I FORGIVE BECAUSE I CHOSE TO, NOT BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT! I FORGIVE FOR ME TO LIVE IN PEACE, NOT FOR YOU TO FORGIVE YOURSELF FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE!

“When he asked me to wait for him, I didn’t think it was for a lifetime!

I expected him on every birthday, holiday, weekend, morning, evening, coffee, lunch….

I expected him forever, but still, he never showed up!

The waiting period never ended, I lost track of time, I kind of forgot the looks of the person behind the

promise, I got engaged, married, had kids, became a grandma, yet my heart was still waiting for the

man behind the promise, wondering how my life would have been…

Well, my life turned out a hit, but again, I am still wondering about the other version of my life!”
