“And then, after a long day of being, a driver, a cook, a cleaner, a story teller, having changed diapers many times, made sure the homework is completed, prepared the cookies for the next day, had the laundry washed, dried, folded, and packed… You tuck your kids to bed, you listen to their tiny concerns, you try to ease their pain, you try to help them solve their problems, you laugh with them, you kiss them good night, you watch them falling asleep, and tell yourself…. What an achievement!
You go into your room, and you feel, that others look at you as if it was regular duty… Well let me tell you my dear, what you did was a huge achievement!

#trust Do you recall the days your children threw themselves off the bed or sofa, knowing you will be there to catch them…
This tells us one thing, we are born with a natural instinct to trust, & unfortunately time &other humans will determine how far we jump in the future…
It’s nice to assume someone tis there to catch us, but it is nicer to know they will be there!”

1 & half cup water (Replace with milk of your full or skimmed milk)
6 tablespoon milk powder (Omit if using milk)
4 tablespoon vinegar
2 cups flour
2 small spoon baking powder
1 small spoon baking soda
1 small spoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
1/2 small spoon vanilla
1/2 small spoon cinnamon(your choice)
With a whisk, mix the egg, sugar, vanilla, add the rest.
Use a flat skillet, spray it with vegetable oil.
For Crepes add 1/2 cup milk.
at the end, add a dash of LOVE,
stir in a teaspoon of LAUGHTER,
and flip them with a load of PASSION.
