1 & half cup water (Replace with milk of your full or skimmed milk)
6 tablespoon milk powder (Omit if using milk)
4 tablespoon vinegar
2 cups flour
2 small spoon baking powder
1 small spoon baking soda
1 small spoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
1/2 small spoon vanilla
1/2 small spoon cinnamon(your choice)
With a whisk, mix the egg, sugar, vanilla, add the rest.
Use a flat skillet, spray it with vegetable oil.
For Crepes add 1/2 cup milk.
at the end, add a dash of LOVE,
stir in a teaspoon of LAUGHTER,
and flip them with a load of PASSION.

Kafta: Ground Beef, for every 1 portion add 1/4 portion onion & 1/4 portion parsley. Add salt & 7 peppers to your taste (It is preferable to have some fat in the ground beef, it depends on your diet)
Eggplant: slice the eggplant in circles. you an either fry them or grill them (depending on your diet)
Sauce: Use a large saucepan.
Cut 2 large onions small pieces, saute onions with a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Add 5 cloves of garlic sliced, and 8 garlic cloves, turn till soft and barely brown.
Cut 4 tomato heads in small cubed, and add to the pot.
keep on turning until it blends totally.
Add 1/2 cup white wine & turn for 2 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water, salt & black pepper to your taste, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
In a large baking pan, add oil or spray vegetable oil to the bottom.
Spread the Kafta flat, add the eggplant, and cover with the sauce.
Bake in a heated oven, at least 15 minutes and till the meat is tender to the taste. (do not overbake or allow to dry)
Serve with side salad, preferably pita bread or simply sliced baguette, & remember to dip the bread in the sauce…
Recommended drink: Red Wine of your choice
