Day 2 :
Breakfast: Small size (Hand size – one side) wholewheat pita bread with 1 tablespoon light cream cheese sandwich.
Snack: 2 stevia cookies
Lunch: 2 pieces lean beef patty (inside hand size grilled) + salad small ball (Lemon mustard dressing)
Snack: Lemonade with Stevia sweetner
Dinner: 1 fingers size grilled quesadilla (1/2 tortilla +1 finger-strip grilled or boiled chicken + light cheese 1 tablespoon) + ball of salad green only(Lemon mustard dressing)
Snack: 1 ball diet jello
