Snack: 1 apple (tennis ball size)
Lunch: small soup scoop vegetables and 3 pieces chicken (Bites) + 5 tablespoons rice + salad small ball (Lemon mustard)
Snack: Lemonade with Stevia sweetner
Dinner: green beans 1 cup + 1/2 hand size beef
Snack: 1 ball diet jello
