Here is my veggie soup bowl to warm your body when in cold weather, and your soul if alone! Sautee an onion in 1 tablespoon olive oil – do not caramelise it – when sweaty add the below, add the potato cubes, and turn them for a minute add squash slices, green beans, add artichoke hearts add red tomato sauce – water – a tablespoon of fresh dices garlic spice with black pepper to taste add a bay leaf, and let simmer for 12-15 minutes!

Tonight’s light dinner… Spicy fish fillet cooked with abundance love in support of my healthy lifestyle.
Start by grilling the fish fillet, stove top skillet, no oil. In another pot, caramelise 1 onion with 1 tablespoon olive oil, add 1 tomato cut in cubes, let simmer, then add 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce.
