Not a pro, but super delicious; beginner’s luck & you may know by now, i am an author with a passion to cook, bake, & eat!
The pate feuillete was the ready-made from the market fridge not frozen
The jam filling was apple, I added a teaspoon of cognac, & cinnamon
The apples were finely sliced then stacked with style
I sprinkled sugar & cinnamon mix on top and added slices of butter
#MOI Baked in the oven, simple & fast, delicious, & please add my secret ingredient: love
