Does wounded pride cause pain?
“Yes,” she replied.
When I asked where it hurts, she said, “Everywhere.”
When I asked when it hurts, she answered, “All the time.”

Psychological pain affects our health causing physical discomfort; between it’s not fair and I cannot accept it, she felt broken and helpless.

Life has its ups and downs, learn to look up when you are down, and remember you have the ability to bounce back and restore the puzzle of your life…
