“She used to brush my hair, I said, that was so important, it was our mommy daughter bonding time.
I recall the touch of her hand with every brushstroke, I recall the feeling, I recall her tenderness, I recall the way her eyes shone with happiness while doing so, I recall… No I don’t, it was my wish!
I never met my mother, she passed… she is in a different place, a better place I like to think, she never had the chance to brush my hair, but I did feel her hand rubbing my hair through her belly. Brushing the hair is a symbol although a fact, I had the privilege of brushing my daughters’ hair, it was the satisfaction and a reward for missing that part while performing that action, the role of being a mom. It is precious, meaningful, irreplaceable… it is the mother, it is the hair brushing bond!
When did you brush your daughter’s hair last, there is no age limit…” #MOI the memories I wish I had!

Announcing Live @ 6:05 pm (3:05 pm GMT) Thursday June 4, 2020 with Choghik Boulghourjian Derkaloustian: the “Circle of Life in Integrative Nutrition” discussing food for the soul and food for the body and many others topics under that umbrella.
“Walking the aisle with Coronavirus… This is exactly what life feels like.
A new life, a new day… when one gets married, the first day after, is the weirdest, no matter how much ready one is for the new life.
As I said in my book “WHERE IS MY ANGEL?” I slept near my partner, woke up with a ring on my finger, and a monster in my bed!
Not the monster we fear, rather the monster we need to get used to, the monster we get to understand, the monster we get to fall in love with, with time, once we get to learn their true nature.
How was my day, well, today was a meditation one.
I started the day, when I woke up, telling myself, oh no, not again! I tried to go back to sleep, then I decided, no I will not be the monster in that relationship!
I got myself out of bed, and remembered my mentor’s words, launch your day with action, then take the time to think!
Exactly so, I hopped on the treadmill, had my morning stretching, showered, got dressed, then, oh no, not again, not the same walls, so I went to the living room and changed the setup of the furniture. I went down to the car, ensuring it is still running, in my mind, I left the house, then came back to a brand new living room where I sat having my morning coffee… then again, the chute came back!
How can one expect the monster in the relationship to enjoy their company if one cannot enjoy their own!
So, I went to the mirror, looked at this creature standing there, and said, tell me about you!
In reality, I started writing words to myself and relating each to a story:
Family: They are the people we are stuck with at birth.
Education: It is the package of knowledge we gather through experience.
Experience: It is the skills we learn in life from different events.
Siblings: They come within the package of family.
Reality: The choices we live in.
Memories: The moments we live, some we choose to keep, others we choose to ignore.
Happiness: Joyful state of mind…
Friends: They are similar to plants and flowers, they are conditional, each has its own term: soil, light, water, etc… can’t live without!
Forgiveness: It is the action we decide to take towards people and painful situations.
Brain freeze: it is the action of pretending to forget people’s actions.
Those 10 points summarized Life as described in my book: Fate came with her birth, but destiny was in her own hands.
& then, looking at those words, I gathered from the 10 words above, that number seven is the one we can control. Happiness, yes, we can choose to be happy, despite all the other words!”
#MOI Dear friends, the lockdown will soon be over, the world shall heal again, don’t be stuck with your own monster, instead, bring your own monster to light, to life…
Your life, live it happily, the aisle is only the first step towards a good one!

“Born to be mature, that was her story. It started at birth with the loss of her mother. A newborn baby girl asked her first question, where is my angel?
The baby started growing facing different struggles with every phase. The difficulties were not limited to her needs, only, but expanded to questions about her surroundings. With time, she learned to stand alone. She learned about the importance of a smile, she learned about the steps towards happiness, she learned about true friendship, she learned about inner-peace, she learned about what makes a family, and additionally, she learned to differentiate between fate and destiny. Fate came with her birth, but she knew that destiny was in her own hands.
The first years of life are the pillars on which humans build their upcoming unknown future. They represent the most important years of life. It truly did; this baby girl grasped survival skills during childhood, maturity during adolescence, and spent the upcoming years mastering the game of others.
Was she able to meet her goals? Well, she never settled for less than success, and every step of her life was a proud step. She never had time to plan, as she believed that time spent on planning is taken away from the actual time needed for development.
As for faith, she always believed in God, yet, she sat waiting for God to answer the many questions she had, why she lost her mother, sister, who were the ghosts, and many others… while she felt blessed all along.
On a family level, despite the broken hearts she tried to mend, family was and still is a main part of her life, but she discovered after a while that not all families are alike, sometimes odd is nicer than the norm.
She believed that children are the essence of life, therefore, her two daughters were the fuel of her life. They kept her going, encouraged her to survive, and made of her the woman, and mother she is. They were her focus, and they gave her energy day in and day out.
She believed in equality, and probably, that is what pushed her to shine. She believed that women are smart to steer the toughest situations, and consequently, never accepted to sit in the back seat. She believed in the power of passion, and through passion, she was driven. She believed in the power of the universe, and through positivity, she closed her eyes and brought the universe down to her. & last, if she did it, you can, and you will.
The world is a beautiful place, because she saw it this way, and made it a world of her own. Money could never buy happiness, but happiness could be bought with a penny.
Dear reader, I never found my angel, because my angel was never lost. I just realized with time, that those who love us truly, never leave us. Stay strong, walk tall, smile and believe in yourself, as I believe in you.”
