“A peek at CHAPTER ONE, Life’s Detours – Alexandra’s Choices
…This book tells many stories, but basically, it is the story of one woman. It is the “What if?” story that every woman tells herself. What if I had taken the other route the day I stood at the crossroad and wondered which way to go? The answer, of course, is uncertain.”
Read the book, get inspired, #MOI the author I tell you: What if…. Don’t waste your time asking, make the current worth the answer!
“I love Author’s Interview! Here are a few of the questions. I will have the recorded session through my podcast later.
Have you experienced writer’s block? How did you get through it?
Being a sensitive person, the events in my books make me go through the pain while writing. Sometimes it hurts me, and other times I feel with the character, so I block. I block due to the resemblance in pain with the characters, or when it is personal.
How do I get through it? I re-live the moment, it is a mechanism I follow in real life.
I always tell young writers: make sure you keep on writing, the sequence will unblock itself.
Give us an interesting fun fact about your book.
Between reality and realistic fiction, my books will change the life of the reader.”

“& meanwhile… I looked around, you were not there… Then I realized that people go way before they disappear!” #MOI the author Decision moment About Alexandra & her choices
#MOI Q to the author: why do you write? A to the reader: I write to inspire others!
“Excuse me, who are you! Yes exclamation mark and not a question! Isn’t weird that sometimes after years of knowing someone, you just want to repeat the sentence you said when u first met: NICE MEETING YOU!” #MOI when I try to figure out how many faces people have.
“I stood here long ago… & wow time passes! It was during the civil war in Lebanon, that my dad (may his soul RIP) moved us from East to West Beirut. We crossed on our feet the critical street or two, carrying the bare necessity, and I recall holding the only doll I was able to carry. I recall we waited, hanging low, behind the cars, until permitted by the snipers to cross. Thinking about it years later, I think they were paid to allow people to cross, although there used to be a temporary cease-fire. Funny how a picture can bring back a memory. We passed to a safer area, and
rented a unit in a simple beach compound, until my father rented a bigger house, furnished it, and through a connection, he was advised to get a membership in the prestigious private beach ATCL. We used to come here, and here I stood, years back, and that is where I used to sit, as a 14-years old child, writing and drawing on the rocks I always sit on.
I wish I had a picture, this was found on google, showing the same background. Until this day, the club still does the same events, it is like a growing person, with no change other than aging!
So, looking at the first posted picture, brought back the early thoughts I had as a teenager and the memories of a child and her diary. To say no more, let me tell you, only pain gets us stronger, and only tears seal us against life’s unfairness through human cruelty!
My locked memories carry events that occasionally pop to the surface, I tell myself I am over you only because I do not recall that phase, & then, it breaks my heart.”
“International me! I celebrate #MOI every day… Yesterday was April 29, International Dance Day, which is the anniversary of the birth of Jean-Georges Noverre (1727–1810), the creator of modern ballet. Today is April 30, International Jazz Day, according to the UN calendar of Holidays. It is meant to celebrate the historical, cultural, and educational contributions of this popular genre of music. The day aims to spread international awareness about this unique musical style and to promote the cultural, and social values that Jazz stands for.
Every day is a day to celebrate something special, a memory, an event, someone in history. I like to celebrate those days, first, they highlight people that changed the world; other times, the celebration is a reminder of cruelty, to stand by our ancestors, pray for the lost souls, in genocides and war, and a reminder so we all contribute to make the world a safer place; and at times it is to celebrate events like yesterday and today, Art, Music, & Dance, and their importance to individuals as therapy, as communication, as messages, and as happiness.
Reaching the purpose of this message, every day we live is a special day because it’s about me. I make it special, to me, and those around me. Remember to celebrate yourself, to show those around you how you value yourself. There will be only one of you, and that person deserves to be noticed!” #MOI I am a wonderful person, are you?
