What does it mean? Follow the series of daily tips until the end of May!

You are unique

Look at the mirror before you leave the house this morning,
tell yourself three achievements you have accomplished.
Try to remember who was with you during the process.
Go back in time to the day you started a project.
Compare yourself today to yourself that day.
Greet and applaud yourself.
It is time to move forward; what matters is to remember that YOU did and achieved all your successes; you do not owe anything to anyone; they may have stood by you simply because you deserved it, but you owe your success to yourself, for knowing how to handle the low parts of life.

#MOI when it comes to comparison, compare yourself yesterday to yourself today, not to others.
You are your own energy, and you are the center of your day!

Put yourself first
It is not a self-centered act; it simply means and shows others in your life that you care about yourself!
Do what is best for you at the moment. & since we are in an interconnected relationship with friends, family, and at the workplace, saying no, saying later, and saying I will do it throughout the day will give you time to breathe and protect your mental health.
Putting yourself first does not mean ignoring our responsibilities and does not mean neglecting our obligations; it simply means knowing the priorities while including ourselves as one!

“International me! I celebrate #MOI every day…
Yesterday was April 29, International Dance Day, which is the anniversary of the birth of Jean-Georges Noverre (1727–1810), the creator of modern ballet.
Today is April 30, International Jazz Day, according to the UN calendar of Holidays. It is meant to celebrate the historical, cultural, and educational contributions of this popular genre of music. The day aims to spread international awareness about this unique musical style and to promote the cultural, and social values that Jazz stands for.

Every day is a day to celebrate something special, a memory, an event, someone in history. I like to celebrate those days, first, they highlight people that changed the world; other times, the celebration is a reminder of cruelty, to stand by our ancestors, pray for the lost souls, in genocides and war, and a reminder so we all contribute to make the world a safer place; and at times it is to celebrate events like yesterday and today, Art, Music, & Dance, and their importance to individuals as therapy, as communication, as messages, and as happiness.

Reaching the purpose of this message, every day we live is a special day because it’s about me. I make it special, to me, and those around me.
Remember to celebrate yourself, to show those around you how you value yourself. There will be only one of you, and that person deserves to be noticed!”

“I am having a hard time returning back to my previous life.
Looking back at my social media memories, I tell myself, what happened to my life!

A phase that reminded me of the mourning phase after my divorce, I used to look at people in the social frame, and tell myself, where am I?

Well, it is only normal, & it is tough. The pandemic detached me from the face-to-face network, I live in a bubble, I prefer my own companionship and the weird thing, this is not me…”

Precious messages!
& here is what it was all about at The International Center for Human Sciences (CISH) – UNESCO, Byblos in partnership with Hanns Seidel, the pictures say it all!
Yes, we are all born for a reason.
Coming to this world is a blessing, dreaming is a choice, daring is personal, & chasing your dream is a decision!
My book LIFE DETOURS, ALEXANDRA’S CHOICES & my intervention during the round table discussion were both under the title “CHASE YOUR DREAM, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!” We wrapped up with the UN Slogan for 2022 and adding here my message to every woman:
“You deserve a clap everyday,
but a special one on this day!

A standing ovation for standing your grounds in a bias world…

A well earned pause.

Remember to strike a #BreakTheBias pose and celebrate being the woman who earned it today!
