You might be the moon in a total solar eclipse, but I will always be the sun! I empowered you to be the sun, but you will always be a moon. I recognize the eclipse when it comes; I expect it, dramatic, sudden, loud in its shadow; but I do not mistake a momentary darkness for a permanent truth. The moon may cross my path, but it does not command my radiance.
#MOI Today’s lesson: intimidation is only an attempt at interruption. I am the sun in every sky, in every season, in every version of myself. The eclipse is a phenomenon, not an eternal event; the sun will always shine here and elsewhere!
