What do I tell that child in the mirror? I shied away, I could not look them in the eye, then I looked again, but saw a distance…

What do I tell that child in the mirror when I decide to face the promises…
Should I discuss the circumstances…
Should I clarify the situations…
Should I explain my actions…
Or should I justify my reactions…

Life is about choices, and choices are situational…
Life is about falling, and about rising…
Life is about obstacles, and about overcoming them…
Life is about deceptions and recoveries…

Life is not about judgment, and waiting for the world to clap…
Life is about taking pride in our actions, and remembering we have done our best.

Dear child in the mirror,
The checklist is yet to be completed, much more is there to enjoy; stop staring, and hunting my today’s, and enjoy the way you play.

Lesson of today: Life is a laugh, not a joke, enjoy the moments and stop thinking about the outcome.

Sharing a happy moment…
I guess our babies grow overnight and no matter how ready we are to let go, the I DO is emotional.
The I DO became an I DID!
A flashback of memories of me telling my daughters, you can marry when you complete higher education, live alone and pay your own bills, and start your own dream business… I guess time has come back to bite me in the tongue, the checklist was completed, and the little girl who once dressed in white and said I’m inviting you to my wedding this afternoon over cookies and juice, found her dream partner and decided to tie the knot.
A brief about the couple, they are both unique and beautiful (as every child is to their parent), but now I can say I have a son (in Law) who proved to be a gentleman and a houseman. Love You Christian Abougoche
What else would a mama want in life besides to see her daughter happy and the family growing.
I welcome the Abougoche family to the joint venture, and look forward to more happy moments together…
Marie Keep your passport ready, we are going to be the traveling and stalking mother-in-laws!
