“It was on a day like this one that I decided to reshuffle my cards with a predetermined card in mind, I knew a day would come & I would soar into my journey.
I always believed that we are entitled to chances in life, as well I knew that taking advantage of these chances should be of high priority.
I recall walking, I recall the endless tunnel, I always felt someone holding my hand in the darkness, as well I recall the fear, the escalation heartbeat… I feel them now, as I am talking to you.
If you ask me how I did it, I was determined to reach the light and end darkness…
I you ask me again, I tell you, I let go of the past that was holding me back…
Did I forget? Oh, God, no… Did I forgive? On a personal level, I will not hold grudges, but I will let HIS HOLY MIGHTY handle their actions… I might forgive when pain does not pop up to surface on every identical situation…
But, here is what I did. I decided to hold my tears back, carry my heart, embrace my fear, and promise myself, that, I, shall, never, ever, feel, this way again!
I don’t want to lie to you, I crashed a few times, a peak to chapter 6 from my biography Where is My Angel? will explain my point better. “With a smile I used to start my busy days, forcing myself to move on, and reminding myself that I am a self-healer. I kept on sinking. Soon after, I found a message, showing me the path of forgetfulness. The message came in a bottle, I used to start reading it at the end of the day, but sadly never view its bottom. The person who was conquering the new journey with fierceness started falling apart and behind and that person was me. My outside was glowing and shining, while my inside was deteriorating and torn into pieces across the continents…”
Yes, I crashed, no shame in that. It simply means one thing, I am a human after all, I am not a super hero, no am I a saint to forgive.
Pain, will hold us back, yes, I can tell you move forward, but no one has the upper hand to tell us, forget, and forgive.
Moving forward should be a personal goal, to prove to ourselves that we can and that we will… As for them, they will realize losses with time!”

The first time we met was coincidental. We met in a night club, and the funny thing, I tell everyone we met at Sunday service, simply because of our culture, the culture that will define and impose on us actions and makes our future.
Is it sad? In some cases. I do believe in culture and traditions, but as well I believe in embarking on journeys that do not fit the criteria we were born to.
Lately, I have been living a pensive mood. I have been trying to contemplate on how one incident defines the journey of a person and how one day breaks a castle, but then again, a while after, could be days, months, or years, we discover that this specific castle was not meant to be…
Recalling our love, was it meant to be or not, no regret. The outcome was not desirable but its fruits were worth it.
Life is not a package that comes with a timeline and a guideline. I strongly believe in destiny, in the decision we make the day we stand at a crossroads…
What if, is an interesting thought, but truly who knows?
I never ask, what if, about my journey, the only, what if, I ask about is the beginning… what if my mother had not exchanged places with me at birth? What if she had lived? What if we both had lived…
The “what if” is simply a thought that we would never have answers to… & that was Alexandra, and her story in my last published book LIFE’S DETOURS, ALEXANDRA’S CHOICES.
What if her parents had accepted her life choices, and dreams…
Anyway, there would still be a story, but probably a different one!”

“Pickle, Pickle, & not on the sandwich… Do you all remember my blind dates? well, I am happy with one!
BUT, there is always a but.
I was able to handle my health and keep safe from COVID until now. 1st problem: He, as in the date I liked, had told me he was vaccinated, so there is a lie in here. 2nd problem: He, as in the person I am considering for keep, is not vaccinated!
Help, need your opinion, I am in a pickle, what should I do!” #MOI am I right or wrong to have this issue and a hurdle, instead of having it as a stepping stone to build something!
