A peek at the end of Chapter 7 of Life’s Detours, Alexandra’s Choices

<<Let me give you this recipe for a great cookie:
get a big bowl, big enough for you to sit in;
add three scoops of care for those you care about;
add three scoops of forgiveness for those who hurt you;
add three scoops of honesty for those who need to know how you feel about what they did to you;
and add the three words “I love you” for those who need to be reassured that you love them no matter what.
You will end up with a great cookie and the yummiest of all, called friendship. Never let go of a friend, never lose hope in a friend, and never leave a friend behind.

Do you believe that people with peaceful intentions are wise or weak?
Do you think they avoid confrontations out of fear?
Do you believe in Karma?

On a personal note, it was fear at the beginning, partially still fear when it comes to personal issues, but if it touches those I love, I will wake the dormant beast, and with it, the sedated anger, and I will confront with grinding teeth…
Who am I? I ask myself at times…
Where did it all come from?
Can we ever get over the pain?
Can we heal the past?

So many questions, they pop up occasionally, to remind me, that I am better off, like Ale (Alexandra) in Life’s Detours – Alexandra’s Choices, with the path I have chosen.

Raise a child and give them the right to childhood…”

“You cannot see and reach the future if you’re stuck in the past!
I went yesterday to meet a guy I have been talking to electronically. I went because I was testing myself, whether I was still attractive, whether I could still communicate with THEM, and deep inside, I went because I was jealous. A while back, I discovered that my ex removed the block he had put between us on social media; he wanted me to see his pictures when he traveled for like a month and a half (EMOJI OF IRRITATION).
I saw a picture of him, sitting alone, and obviously, someone took the picture, and he was smiling, happy.
I stared at the pictures and envied him; I was happy for him but couldn’t but think about myself again; why not me?!
Why am I not letting love happiness through… was all I could think about.
So, going back to yesterday, I went to meet the guy with one intention, to simply tell myself I did try.
But guess what, I am still stuck, & I am not for it, & I know, for a fact, I have zero feelings toward the past, but still, I am not ready to embark on a new wave… or, it wasn’t the right person!”

“How heavy is your load?
Does it hold you back?
You feel stuck?
Can you see it?
Does it wake you up at night?
When it comes to heavy loads, irrelevant of the reason, once down, it gives us enough energy, with time, to bounce upwards again…

& when I thought you healed, this paragraph brought tears to my eyes this morning, a paragraph from chapter 11 of my biography Where is My Angel?

**he believed in me, before I even saw my own strength; he saw the beauty of
my soul, he saw the woman inside me; and therefore he pushed me to reach new skies.
His love, appreciation, and passion towards me, truly made me feel a new woman. I did reach higher skies with him, and we both celebrated the achievements together…
But as I always believed, the deeper and heavier the downfall is, the stronger the bounce is to rise; I also believed that the higher skies we reached, the deeper the fall would be, to leave us lost in a space without gravity to pull us back, and especially when we depended on our partners.
After reaching the point of happiness, I started feeling emptiness penetrating slowly like dark fog through every opening around me, and one day he came to me to reassure my feelings,
telling me …
I guess happiness has a price and the cost was called trust.
Alone I was again, but this time, I was down deep and hurt, and I guess with age, wounds don’t heal quickly!

#MOI I went back in time t remember the lessons and to reassure my wounds… never again!
