“Why do I write? a question I was asked constantly.
I feel it is a gift. When one has a gift, one ought to share it with the world.

Books are one kind of inspiration, the kind that people go to when they want to clear their minds and see the world from a different perspective or simply see another world that is the genre they choose.

I feel this is my role as an author. I started sharing my own life story & biography, Where is My Angel?, which I considered my personal therapy. While writing it, pain popped up; memories popped up, questions popped up, and many answers. The biography made many uncomfortable, and here was the surprise!
What did she say, insinuate, or not say, and why?

Then came the other two books, Mommy, I Am a PACER & Life’s Detours: Alexandra’s Choices.
The first book is a series of five short stories to help children verbalize everyday feelings, and parents understand childhood from the viewpoints of children. It is co-illustrating pages between the author and the child, where the child expresses what he or she is going through, and an eye-opening book for educators.
The latest is fiction, and as the dictionary says: Fiction describes imaginary events and people. But trust the author when she says: you will find yourself in the course of the events, you will relate to the characters one way or another, and mainly will sink in a beautiful novel that will make you imagine the characters in front of you as a movie or a telenovela.

Going back to the main question, why do I write?
I want peace and love!”
