“Bullying… at what age does it end? & is it a form of mental health disorder?

In my opinion, children are all born with angelic characteristics, situations in their life push them to extort their emotions on others.
With time, their actions become more painful, hurtful, deviant; they start mastering different scenarios and targeting
more or specific weak individuals.

If we agree that all children are born with angelic characters, this should rule out the form of mental health disorder, but psychologists are leaning towards considering bullies to more likely have a mental disorder.

Honestly, truly not the scope of my talk today. After witnessing the triangle of bullying for years in my educational career field, I tell you one thing for sure, if the bully, victim, and bystander, had no mental disorders, trust me, with time, all three need psychological therapy and help.

The number one disorder in a classroom, when a child can hurt another and move on with his day with pride…
The number one pain a child can go through, the way he/she feels when intimidated by bullies…

DEAR CHILD, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
Tell the world how you feel, if you are angry, scream, tell your parents, your school teacher, a friend…

DEAR VICTIM, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
Speak up, and face the victim, and do not be intimidated to ask for help…

DEAR BYSTANDER, YOU OUGHT TO STAND FOR YOURSELF!
Fearing to face the world is a challenge that starts on a small scale, by standing for others, you learn to stand for yourself… do it, don’t regret it!

DEAR PARENTS, FOR GOD’S SAKE, ACCEPT THE FACT THAT YOUR CHILD IS A BULLY, AND GET HIM THE RIGHT HELP!
& Last, let me ask you one question, at what age does bullying stop?!

Update on my life!

“Update on my life!
Well, as you all know, I left my job. I am trying to cope with a new lifestyle, as not only has time proved that I am a workaholic but, as well, I have been working since I was seventeen, and I do not recall a time when I was jobless.

When I announced the grand finale and the new chapter, at the end of September 2021, I appointed myself CEO of my life!
I said to myself, Bee, for Badiaa, “You were able to take every institution you worked with from flat to success, this means you should be able to do that for personal interest.”

Just then, my third book, Life Detours – Alexandra’s Choices published, I proudly say it is a huge success, and I indulged in marketing, and with it came many ideas.
I started thinking about what is it that I want to do when I grow up, no shame in dreaming! Especially that I always thought I want to change the world, empower women, fix damaged people, stop bullying, write and write more, and I always loved being a personal and professional coach to others.
Why the coaching, because when I learned, developed, and succeeded in building fortresses from loose sand, I believe It is a shame not to do that as part of my career.

So here I started, a lot is happening on my Instagram, @badiaahiresh, I invite you to like the page, and follow the development.

I have been sharing bits and pieces occasionally, and below is yesterday’s session of “Day 12: In a corporate world, are you corporate material?” on Personal & Corporate Organizational Resilience.

What am I learning from all this, the night is still young, so to say, which one of my recent developments will end up a book? Well, let’s give time to time, and will see!

I am proud of this achievement, not because my book is getting 5 stars reviews only, but simply because the book is meant to inspire readers, and help them break the circle of pain, help them believe in themselves, encourage them to chase their dream, and help them, as Marie said, dare to step out of the comfort zone they live in, and all reviews are saying so!

Yes, I believe so. I believe that many among us, fear the uncertain, and wouldn’t try anything new.
They believe that if, a 9 to 5 job secures the future, so, why would I take a risk and become an entrepreneur; why would I play music in a band at night, why would I start my own line of jewelry, why should I start my own kitchen, why, why, why…
Why? simply because life is too short not to try what you like and dream of being…
Living the dream does not mean acing it, it simply means seeing its birth, and growth. Time will tell whether it will boom or not, but the excitement of the journey is worth the story you will be telling.

When in the wrong relationship, living in fear, living the solitude, pretending to be strong, the feeling when the night comes… YOU ARE NOT ALONE!”

As long as you stand again, & better, I should say, if you can, when you can, and yes you can!
I did it, she did it, Jana did it, Josephina did it, Alia did it, Zeinab did it, Isabelle did it…
Yes, we all stood again, because life is precious, our life, there are people out there that love us, & better, this is the only lesson to those who love you, & those who don’t!

“The core of relationships… a word! and that word can make it or break it!
What attracted you to your partner?
The looks at a specific age…
The status at another…
The security…
The character…
The mind…
The maturity, the generosity, the physical part, the eyes, the smile, the etc…
The age?! why the age?!
Anyway, always, one word will make it or break it! do you agree?

Below, in pink, a paragraph from my last published book – LIFE’S DETOURS, ALEXANDRA’S CHOICES – describing a scene that led to…. (no teasers, read the book and find your scene)

“Do you mind?” he said while opening his bag and taking out two glasses and a bottle of wine. He poured the wine but never offered me the glass. He started drinking and talking. “I have been watching you for a while…
