Mid-Life Crisis... I feel no shame to admit it, and then, I wonder why they gave it this name?
Is it because it is mid-way towards the end, but when is the end? Can’t we say instead, it is mid-way to the beginning!
“The way I see it, we have enough experience to launch again,
enough knowledge to know-how,
enough setbacks to decide when to say yes and no,
enough tears to differentiate who is worth them,
enough laughs to choose who to save them for,
enough wisdom to acknowledge that there is no room in our life for grudges, and negativity,
enough realization to ensure we do not filter our pain to our children,
and last, most importantly, enough conviction that we deserve to be happy,
we deserve to find love, and we deserve a piece of peace in our life!
What about the mid-life crisis? Age is just a number, life is the pumping of the heart!
So, let’s exchange a piece of our wisdom, let’s give our heart a reason to pump about and make it through happiness, love, and a joyful future!”

A midlife crisis occurs when you suddenly realize that time is, next to health, one of your most precious commodities. And that you’re running out of it without possibility to recuperate the wasted time. No wonder this is the moment that people very often start to reconsider their lives, relations and occupancies when such idea pervades their thoughts. Which is basically a good thing. Some people get in a crisis because they refuse to recognize their own mortality. Hence you get the ones who start relations with partners of half their age, who buy flashy cars, etc… In short, they regress into teenage behavior.
Whatever makes one happy, should be, and that is why they try many things to reach satisfaction and happiness.
