Woman to woman, I say, love yourself today and every day.
What does it mean? Be your best and own advocate!

Things and people will change with time, and you will change; embrace the new you.
Try to understand the change sequence, but don’t be held by those with narrower vision.

Although our tolerance lessens with the life events we survive, our wisdom grows with time and experience.

Today’s tip on loving yourself is to be your best and your own advocate. Only you can push yourself farther, as you know your true potential. After all, you got yourself here, glorify the new YOU!
