Step 32 into the 2025 Journey…

Do you recall the days your children threw themselves off the bed or sofa, knowing you would be there to catch them…

This tells us one thing, we are born with an instinct to trust, & unfortunately time & other humans will determine how far we jump in the future…

It’s nice to assume someone is there to catch us, but it is nicer to know they will be there!
Life is about the big picture. The big picture says that we, as humans, lean on each other.
Life happens, to take away that feeling, but not all apples are rotten, so dig inside and find that innate propensity we are born with, revive it, and keep it alive!

Have Faith, there is good out there, and one of them will catch you if you fall and hold on to you!

Follow the 12 steps below to live happily…

1. Keep a positive mindset;
2. Stay active;
3. Limit gossip;
4. Distance yourself from negative people;
5. Engage in activities you enjoy;
6. Eat healthy, especially when feeling positive;
7. Adjust your expectations;
8. Set achievable short-term goals;
9. Take walks in the outdoors;
10. Celebrate life;
11. Practice gratitude; and
12. Embrace each new day; I’m planning to!
