Sharing a happy moment…
I guess our babies grow overnight and no matter how ready we are to let go, the I DO is emotional.
The I DO became an I DID!
A flashback of memories of me telling my daughters, you can marry when you complete higher education, live alone and pay your own bills, and start your own dream business… I guess time has come back to bite me in the tongue, the checklist was completed, and the little girl who once dressed in white and said I’m inviting you to my wedding this afternoon over cookies and juice, found her dream partner and decided to tie the knot.
A brief about the couple, they are both unique and beautiful (as every child is to their parent), but now I can say I have a son (in Law) who proved to be a gentleman and a houseman. Love You Christian Abougoche
What else would a mama want in life besides to see her daughter happy and the family growing.
I welcome the Abougoche family to the joint venture, and look forward to more happy moments together…
Marie Keep your passport ready, we are going to be the traveling and stalking mother-in-laws!

Part II…

Born to be happy; born to succeed…
I guess the beginning is meant to be crooked; I got used to it.

Why PART II?
This year, I wrapped up a phase of my life to start another marked with the loss of my mentor, in a different country, and plan-less…
Carrying forward from the past a suitcase and lots of memories; some painful, some fading away… but all of which helped shape the person I am today.

My life is restarting as if it is in take-off mode; when I envisioned the birth day, I said, Hey, Mommy, are you there? …that was the answer! Silence was the answer! and today, as I am standing at life detours, I say, Hey, Mentor, are you there? …that was the answer! Silence was the answer!

I like to think they are together, cutting a cake and celebrating my life… That is what the positive side of me would say! However, with tears and longing, I say, I am happy you are together but I admit I miss them dearly. Hey, can you hear me… send me a sign that you do, send me a sign that you are with me, tomorrow when I am cutting my cake!

#MOI Cheers to the ongoing journey, I know this is just a detour!

Are you there…
A Déjà Vu to the launching of my biography, it is either I am reliving my birth, or the unknown is stronger & is conquering my now.
