I dreamt that I was lost in the trees, yet I woke up happy and not feeling anxious; I looked up the dream and it gave me a big emotional boost…

Trees in a dream have great meanings and represent:

  • Strength
  • Resilience
  • Good relationships
  • Immense wealth and prosperity
  • Hope
  • New beginnings
  • Success
  • Abundance

& it looks like trees in a dream are considered a good omen and are mostly associated with positive interpretations.

My advice is, Let your emotions talk!
The worst part of a relationship is the shyness in expression; whether physical, sentimental, or mental, the isolation leads to non-satisfactory endings.
The touch brings us closer, the feeling will make us understand and accept each other, and the state of mind will make us heard…
But why do we isolate and hide? There are always incidents that break us, & words that hold us back; we sometimes underestimate the effect of actions and words and fall into the trap of denial, saying: No, I didn’t do it, or say it… How about if we rephrase and own up, and say, I apologize for making you feel this way, I did not intend to, and I have no intention to make you feel uncomfortable…

It takes a word to make it or break it, it takes an action to make it or break it…

I always knew, I always knew the end…
I know people; I believe in fairytales.

Some may think I am talking about the end, and others may read it as if I am talking about happy endings.
In reality, it is both; I always knew how it would end, and yes, I believe in fairytales.

This is the time of the year when I celebrate my dream as a mother, the dream I had since I could dream.
With time, I learned more about motherhood and polished my skills of fixing communication skills with my children.
Amazing how fast they grow; they grow away and become independent.
Amazing how they manage themselves and their day-to-day life.
Amazing how, with time, they build their own life and career.

It is amazing how when we look at them and remember the tiny little child we brought into this world and promise to protect forever, & then we become their protectee!

Last night, I chose a message from the past to resend to my firstborn daughter this year that said:

To the world, just another baby girl was born… to me, you were my world!
Make a wish & see it happen… I saw mine!

& this year, I tell her, “I wish you find in your life the happiness you brought into mine!
Happy Birthday my butterfly ❤️ 🦋🧚‍♀️”

Trust the person in the mirror; because I do… A word I repeatedly say: TRUST YOURSELF!
Live tomorrow before it comes; because faith is the answer.
The moral of the day, stand ready for people to clap, pause as if paparazzi are chasing you for the picture of success, and keep on heading toward a goal, any goal… keep on chasing the dream you cannot even remember how it started!

As I wrote in Life’s Detours: Alexandra’s Choices – Chapter 17
Move on with your plan, and let God handle the rest.
Trust the future, trust yourself, and mainly, trust your heart.

Woman to woman around the world I am the author behind the books & I know how it feels!

I would love to share with you this life recipe from Chapter 7 of Life’s Detours, Alexandra’s Choices

Let me give you this recipe for a great cookie:
get a big bowl, big enough for you to sit in;
add three scoops of care for those you care about;
add three scoops of forgiveness for those who hurt you;
add three scoops of honesty for those who need to know how you feel about what they did to you;
and add the three words “I love you” for those who need to be reassured that you love them no matter what.

You will end up with a great cookie and the yummiest of all, called friendship. Never let go of a friend, never lose hope in a friend, and never leave a friend behind.
