Do you recall the days your children threw themselves off the bed or sofa, knowing you would be there to catch them…

This tells us one thing, we are born with a natural instinct to trust, & unfortunately time & other humans will determine how far we jump in the future…

#MOI It’s nice to assume someone is there to catch us, but it is nicer to know they will always be there!

Understanding the LET GO part…

There is a difference between someone letting go of you & another who leaves but does not let go of you.
When someone lets go of you, it means they have consciously decided to release their grip or attachment to you. Letting go is a sign of acknowledgment that the action of emotional, mental, and sometimes physical space is needed.

But what about those who leave but do not let go?
Does it mean they still love you, or, do they worry that you may move on?
Ultimately, the difference lies in the level of closure and each case. When someone lets go, they consciously decide to move on, embracing the idea of a new chapter whether is it your chapter or theirs. Be careful not to remain hanging, as this will never allow you to relaunch.

#MOI Advice: a broken tree can survive if it has strong roots but a detached branch shall die slowly!
