“The truth about relationships; Let’s get things clear.
For our relationship to succeed, we have to tell each other everything;
we have to be honest with each other;
we have to accept each other!

Something I wrote long ago that I had saved in my memory box.
Do you believe we can survive each other’s past? Back when I wrote it in 2013, although I did write it as a joke, actually, I did it as momentum. I wanted to stir some minds and remind them of the importance of the now!

Do you believe we can survive each other’s past, or can you let go of your past?
I always remind myself that I am blessed to reach this day, despite all the packages that intended to break me in the past… As I said in the synopsis of my biography Where is My Angel?:
Once upon a time, a child was born. Between the different events, that child learned that the end in sight is more important than the beginning. My story is not unique, maybe the sequence happening to one person is. I am every woman, every story behind closed doors, every marriage, and every company. This is the story of a woman born in Lebanon with an international view on life. After losing her mother at birth, being exiled to the States, and experiencing family leaving her life, Badiaa developed an inner strength that has allowed her to cope with events that would have broken someone less strong. Take Badiaa’s journey with her and discover truths about yourself and inspiration to take through your own life.“

“When I trust, I always do; that is my problem.

I know that to succeed a relationship, we have to trust… until they take away that trust.

“Although a metaphor but dear Lord, am I a basket!

We fill the basket as much as can take;
We stuff the basket as much as we can squeeze in;
We overload the basket; it feels heavy to carry, go around;
the basket is about to burst and fall apart.

Reality is, sometimes we wonder why we were not lucky enough to be a shallow & petite basket!
Simply because in life, we carry our concerns and those around us. We must learn to deal with ordeals objectively and see problems as situational events rather than eternal.”

CAN BROKEN HEARTS BE MENDED?
A statement only those wounded will understand!

Restoring feelings depends on the depth of the wounds; in simple terms…
We cannot unhear what was said…
We cannot unsay the words spoken…
We cannot reset time…
We cannot erase painful days…
We cannot withdraw the shed tears…
We cannot… so many we cannot…

We can only give chances, assuming people change!
We have a choice, protect ourselves, or protect our once called love… but do people change?
