I fell in love once…

“I fell in love once… why can’t I fall again?

He is not a blind date; he was just an encounter. I met him on the beach; I was sitting there, thoughtless, watching the clouds; it was an after-rain day; you can imagine the horizon, the agitated waves, the tide, the wind, and the sound.

It was a beautiful, wildly serene, mutually emotional state of mind. He invaded my space; he was fun and witty. He is persistent and still calling, but he did not make a step. I honestly cannot understand what he wants; his exact words are If I tell you I’m dreaming of having you in my arms, please believe me, but is he expecting me to jump in his arms?!

Am I out of the game; am I not understanding the rules, or am I complicated?

I don’t know how to go from here; I am leaving it up to him to blow my mind with kindness and romance.

I know that trust to me is a boundary; I know that I am hiding behind a firewall, but, as well, I know that he needs to prove himself in actions and not in words; anyway, I do believe that it is possible, mainly, since I did not block him, at least not yet!”

What are your thoughts?
You don’t always need to know where you are heading; sometimes, you only need faith to hop!

It is a quality I have. I call it quality, others call it recklessness.
I always made a home of any house I lived in; I made a life of different locations I lived.
I found love everywhere; love to me was boosting energy and not the final destination.
My goal was to make myself, to have my name listed somewhere; my goal was to have the echo of my name mentioned.

Am I done? The day is still young, and age is just a number.

Those were my thoughts, yesternight, 9:23 PM, inspired by the events of the day & life,
my biography, & my books.

Repeat after me… I will not feel sorry for myself; today is the new beginning!

It is difficult, the changes that happen in our lives are difficult. Some of them boost our energy on the spot, others, drain us before we see the sunrise.

We sink; we sink in our own thoughts, and sorrow; we mourn our living soul… and as I wrote in my biography WHERE IS MY ANGE?, with a smile I used to start my busy days, forcing myself to move on, and reminding myself that I am a self-healer. I kept on sinking. Soon after, I found a message, showing me the path of forgetfulness. The message came in a bottle, I used to start reading it at the end of the day, but sadly never view its bottom. The person who was conquering the new journey with fierceness started falling apart and behind and that person was me.

Did I ever think this child with big dreams shall end up at rock bottom? No, never, yet you have to know how she stood again!

Then we sink, we sink again; we sink in disappointment and deceptions; we sink in regret; we hide, we run, we never look back, but, the past runs, runs after us, runs with us, and as I said in Life’s Detours: Alexandra’s Choices if we do not reconcile with the past, it will come back and haunt us.

Is it a true statement? can’t we just leave the past in the past?
Well, I guess each case is different, and each one of us is different, but I tell you all one thing, repeat after me… I will not feel sorry for myself; today is the new beginning!
