Step 79 into the 2025 Journey

Be strong when you hit rock bottom because only then will you realize that there can’t be any lower, and the only way out is to stand again, dust off the debris of the fall, and move on.

& as I wrote in Chapter 16 of my biography Where is My Angel?, ‘But as I always believed, the deeper and heavier the downfall is, the stronger the bounce is to rise’ & once at the bottom, there is only one way to go, UP!
