When I cry, it hurts…
When I cry, I shed no tears…
When I cry, I hold my own hand…
When I cry, I cry alone.
Crying with someone is a privilege; it means we trust them, and it means they deserve to hear our pain; but I tell you, my friend, stop crying and stop shedding tears; the reason will always be there, but your pain, only you can and should control.
So why alone, why crying, & why extend the pain… let go of the past, & bury its memory; nothing is worth your silent tears!
#MOI every tear counts, may you only shed happy tears!

Here are the books that made me proudly say I am an internationally published author!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on crying and the importance of letting go of pain. Crying with someone can indeed be a privilege and a sign of trust. But it’s also important to remember that we can control our pain with God’s help and let go of the past.
Your message about moving on from the past hurts and focusing on the present is essential. It’s not always easy to let go of painful memories, but it’s necessary for our well-being. May we all find the strength to let go of what no longer serves us and to focus on the present moment.
Take care.
Much appreciated comment…
I guess we each have a story…
Just recently I received an answer to a question that hurt me throughout my life, that made me wonder whether it remained unanswered.
I cried, couldn’t eat, was in pain, & then let go.
Pain is dormant, it pops up occasionally, but I am moving on.
Thank you again for your supportive words!
