What a day! Did you all know today is International Day of Happiness, and the theme is: Be Mindful. Be Grateful. Be Kind.

A day launched and started in 2013 by the United Nations based on the importance of Happiness on a national level.

What can you do today? The theme explains itself.
Consider yourself the epic center of all beauties in nature. As the center of life, you need to nurture yourself; if you cannot because of the roots, find a way to detach emotionally because you cannot survive rootlessly; be aware of the moment, the blessings, & the source that pumps blood into your veins, and spread that healthy blood out through kindness, and remember that not everyone is capable of reaching mindfulness!

Tell yourself: I am the beginning, the flow, and eternity…
