Step 16 into the 2025 Journey…

Is our memory a blessing or a curse?
Although it’s better to forget the pain we survived, I prefer not to forget the lessons we learned.

The answer to whether our memory is a blessing or a curse is that buried pain will surface when faced with similar circumstances; I prefer to learn to deal with such pain consciously instead of unconsciously as part of the wake of events.

I say, remember who hurt you, who belittled you; remember who disrespected you, and those who come to you at their convenience but cannot be there for you when you need them.

You can rise above when you face the past instead of running away.

Do you know how many times I said “I’m Fine” while I wasn’t, I denied I needed help, or my ego stood in the way of me asking for help…
Look at your hands, count your fingers, and multiply by…

On the other hand, sometimes you don’t have a support mechanism, you underestimate the ability and loyalty of the person standing near you, and so you think you are alone.

Today, I am highlighting an important step in our life, the step of trust.
Trust yourself…
Trust the person near you, if they fail, let them be…
